We're honored that you've purchased our services, and we can't wait to help you as you find, hire, and retain a nanny that's perfect for your family. There are a few key things that we want to highlight, as further described in these Terms of Service.

Primarily, Nanniest will not, does not, and cannot "place" or "select" a nanny for you and your family. We are not a nanny placement agency. All decision-making regarding employment decisions is ultimately your responsibility, and is entirely your decision. We'll help you as you go through the steps of the hiring process, but will not and cannot make final employment decisions.

 

We also work with a network of service providers to provide exceptional service to you as a "one-stop-shop" in your nanny journey, including payroll advisory services, background checks, and healthcare benefits for your nanny. We are not responsible for our service Partners' delivery of their relevant service, and your use of their services is governed by that Partner's individual Terms of Service.

1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://www.nanniest.com and by utilizing the various services provided by Nanniest LLC, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or services. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

 

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access the Nanniest services or temporarily download and utilize one copy of the materials (information or software) on Nanniest's website for personal and professional use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

 

• modify or copy the materials;

• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Nanniest's website;

4. Limitations

Nanniest does not - in any way, either real or perceived, select or "place" childcare providers with families. All decision-making regarding employment offers is the responsibility of the family Client. 

 

Nanniest works with a network of service providers who are specialists in their fields - nanny recruiting, payroll and tax, and healthcare benefit providers, for example - to help provide you with exceptional services and make your nanny experience seamless. These services are provided to you as a Nanniest client, but services are delivered by our service provider Partners, not by Nanniest itself. As such, we are not responsible, cannot be responsible, and will not be responsible for the results provided by our service partners.

5. Accuracy of materials

 

The materials appearing on Nanniest.com's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Nanniest does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Nanniest may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Nanniest does not make any commitment to update the materials.
