We hire consultants who are already active in the industry as a way to supplement their current business. We ask that our consultants keep a minimum of 4 hours per week available for families to book time with them, and pay $250 per family that you guide through a hiring process.
The first step in our application process is to fill out our form.
You will be asked to provide your resume for us to review.
You will be invited to record video responses to several questions.
We invite finalists to a live interview and a "get to know you" conversation.
We support nannies, always.
We set expectations with families about how they can expect to collaborate with a nanny, so they're positioned for day-to-day success.
Our video interview process is designed to be convenient for families and nannies to complete at their own pace.
We provide families with a template offer letter that includes key terms, dates, and rates.
We provide our families with template employment contracts to give them the formality they need to set expectations so nannies can deliver high-quality care.
We recommend payroll and tax software use for all of our families, which means they can be confident in paychecks, tax returns, and other financial management items.
We recommend learning opportunities for both nannies and parents - great ways to continue professional growth and become a better caregiver.
